About CalcMyGrades
CalcMyGrades is a small collection of student utility calculators for GPA planning, weighted class grades, and final exam scenarios. The goal is simple: make grade math easier to check without requiring an account, a spreadsheet, or a school login.
The site exists because grade math questions usually arrive at stressful moments: the night before a final, the week scholarship renewals are decided, or the day a semester plan needs to change. Every tool here is paired with the formula it uses and worked examples, so you can understand the answer instead of just reading it.
The college GPA calculator uses course credits and letter grades. The high school GPA calculator compares unweighted and weighted GPA. The grade calculator combines weighted assignment categories. The final grade calculator estimates what score you need on a final exam to reach a target class grade.
GPA estimates use the grade point scale selected on the calculator. Honors courses add a 0.5 weighting boost and AP/IB courses add a 1.0 boost for weighted high school GPA. Non-GPA marks such as P, NP, W, and I are excluded from GPA averages.
Calculator entries are stored in your browser using localStorage so your work can stay on the same device. CalcMyGrades does not require an account and does not ask for student ID numbers, official transcripts, or school credentials.
These tools provide estimates. Schools may use different grade replacement, transfer credit, pass/fail, repeated-course, honors, and rounding rules. Always confirm official academic decisions with your school, registrar, counselor, or academic advisor.
